Residential Single Family Rehabilitation for Affordable Housing

Envision Growth completed the rehabilitation of the John F. Nelson House, a single-family residence built in 1855 in Milwaukee. The project preserved the home's architectural character while updating the property for modern residential use.

The Gabled Ell–style house is documented in the Wisconsin Architecture and History Inventory (AHI #164067), although it is not formally designated as historic.
