Envision Growth served as lead developer for 14 newly constructed single-family homes in Milwaukee's Amani and Harambee neighborhoods as part of the larger 42-home Early Childhood Educators Homeownership Initiative.
Built on previously vacant city-owned lots, the three-bedroom, one-bathroom homes were sold to eligible early childhood educators for approximately $105,000 each. The homes are located near local early childhood education centers.
The development brought together public and philanthropic funding through collaboration with the Community Development Alliance (CDA) and LISC Milwaukee. KPH Construction served as the construction joint venture partner for the Amani homes, with Van Cleave Architecture + Design LLC as architect. Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity was the construction partner for the Harambee homes.
Project Recognition
The Early Childhood Educators Homeownership Initiative Developer Group, including Envision Growth, received the 2026 Husch Blackwell Building Blocks Award at the MANDIs and was named one of three Wells Fargo People's Choice Award winners.
